She really did well. You could tell that she really does love her job. She got us a loan car so that we could do our errands while they were working on my car. She has a very nice smile and we’re always smiling. ????????

Do not feel the root cause of problem was determined the first time the car was serviced for the air conditioning issue and the condenser fan was replaced without needing it. The real problem was the compressor.

I brought my car in because of a defect in the compressor in a 2017 Honda Civic hatchback they checked it and said yes it was defective but no they cannot fix it because I was not the original owner and had been in an accident. That had nothing to do with the fact that you already knew you had a defective part and had extended be warranty for 10 years because of it and knew that this one was defective as well. That tells me that's just a loophole so that they do not have to pay for it and is very bad quality service and worthy of very negative reviews which I have not done yet but will if you do not do something to fix it.
