It felt like a trap, when I called for A12 service, they gave a quote for $119. When I went there, the representative Nate kind of quickly spoke that he was taking authorization for additional $119 dollars, ONLY IF REQUIRED. When I asked why was I quoted just $119 on the phone, he said “was it a lady, we have offsite lady who does not know much details about A12 service”, that was shocking in many ways. Sounded discriminatory for one, two, why would you have someone who does not know much details on customer service to answer questions about pricing? Finally, when I went back, I got a bill for $246, for a oil change. It felt pure rip off, and horrible customer service. I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH A TREATMENT FROM A HONDA DEALER. I have only heard good things about Honda dealers, this is my first time at this dealer. Literally felt like I was at a third rated dishonest mechanic shop and not at an authorized Honda dealer. I even told Nate that, I will raise this with BBB, plus the way he spoke”was it a lady” was so demeaning. As a huge Honda fan, did not expect such a treatment from an authorized dealer. Thoroughly Disappointed .

Tom was mainly helping us and he kept giving me the run around. I dropped of my car Monday. It wasn’t looked at until Tuesday. Said the battery wasn’t working and needed a new one. It is one year old and AAA checked it three times and said charge was good. Called back and said the battery was fine but still diagnosing the issue. Took until Wednesday evening to put a couple fuses in. I called for a update and the AC hadn’t even been looked at yet which was part of the original concern stated on Monday and clearly written on receipt. Tom said it wouldn’t be looked at until Thursday. The car sat for the whole day without any work done on it. Came to pickup my car this evening to take to a different dealer and they were still doing work on it even though they said the fuse issue was fixed. Dishonest people working here.

Customer service from Thanh Sabatier was great. I only have a couple of complaints. Making an appt is difficult. Your website is not user friendly to book an appt. There is service that can drop me off work while my car is being serviced. If I know during the pandemic there was no car wash service but we’re already fully opened so not sure why the pandemic is still being used as an excuse not to provide a car wash. Last but not least when my car is ready there’s no system of letting the rep know the customer is there. No receptionist or check in system. Usually I have to look for the rep or their busy so I’m just standing there in peoples way. For example today when I got off work and went to go pick up my car Thanh was busy with two other customers so I had to wait for him to pay and get my car key. I don’t mind waiting but not sure why if there’s one rep busy with 3 customers and there more than 10 reps there sitting at their computer, no one offers to help the customers that are waiting to pay and get their car.
