Ramiro was super helpful informing us of the things that would be covered under warranty. He kept us informed as things progressed. Very satisfied with both him and the dealership, so far it looks like problem solved.

Received an oil change and inspection coupon from Norm Reeves Honda. Took my Odessey in for oil change at coupon rate of $49. Told I need a brake fluid and oil change but charged me over $200 for the oil change and inspection. When I questioned the advisor why the price change he said it was a different inspection with no mention of increase for the oil change. Requested original oil change coupon deal but was charged $55 instead of $49.
