When I first called to make my service appointment, I asked if they could complete a multi inspection, including my tires because I had a concern about one specific tire. I asked if there was a fee and the receptionist said no it was complimentary. When I get to my scheduled appointment, the woman who attended me asked what was the reason for my visit. I told her i was there for the multi inspection and I had a concern about one tire. Right away she told me that wasn’t included in the complimentary inspection. That it would be a 99$ fee just to check it. I told her I called to schedule the appointment and they didn’t say that. She didn’t empathize at all, nor did she attempt to escalate to another level of management to resolve the misleading of my complimentary inspection. I honestly always have issues when I come to this location. I didn’t even want to argue with her. I later asked her if I paid the 99$ dollars if it would go towards any repairs and she said flat, no. Again, no empathy or options.. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. The person scheduling the appointment should also ensure they are communicating information accurately.

Both competent and personable in explaining the process and in making available the warranty work for the AC recall.
Night and day compared to the unethical practices of the previous service advisor who tried to sucker me into a $700 timing belt job for a car that didn’t have a timing belt.
That was at the time of an airbag recall.Mr. Montes is top notch.
