Service advisor had poor communication skills and a no care attitude. Never sent a text nor call. I had to call twice to check the status of my car.
The only text received was when it was getting close to closing time.

She needs to be more interactive with customers. Something I noticed was other customers were approached by their service persons letting them know car almost done. We were never approached I had to go ask in front because we saw truck already in front. It had been there for 15 minutes.

Ernesto is the best associate out of them all. Hands down. He never tries to upset, is totally honest and knowledgeable, and that increases the likelihood that I will be punctual in the future about handling everything that needs to be taken care of in the future.
