When I checked status, my car hadn't been started; when completed, paperwork was already done but no one notified me. Please emphasize to the team: if you can't meet time estimates, proactive communication is essential. A quick text/call makes all the difference.

I did not appreciate comments from Candice about how I should have done a diagnostic in the past with the car/what I should have done in general. That part was unnecessary and wasted my time. Also, the prices to fix the problem were ridiculously overpriced.
