Trinity was very nice and professional. She carefully went over my cars history to ensure that it is being maintained. The service department seemed rather busy but my car was ready when promised. All the staff was friendly. Always a good experience at this dealership.

He gave me an approximate time the service would be completed which was very accurate. He called to inform me that my car was ready, and completed the paperwork quickly, thanked me for choosing Norm Reeves.
By the way, when I went into the office to get checked in, I inadvertently left my phone in the car and after getting checked in, went into the showroom. When I realized I left my phone in the car, I ran back to find it wasn’t there. Paul saw me and told me he noticed I left it and put in in the office for safekeeping. I really appreciated that he took that extra effort to make sure my phone was safe. Thanks, Paul. It’s this type of service that keeps people coming back.
