I was helped by Robert Bautista today and it was the smoothest appointment I’ve ever had with Honda considering this is the third Honda dealership I purchase a nee car from. He explained all of my costs and the procedures that were going to be done to my car flawlessly and thoroughly. He was patient, answered all of my questions, kept me updated about my car, and provided the best customer service that I’ve ever received at a dealership. I hope to always have a service advisor as knowledgeable and kind and Robert and I will always return for his service. P.S., I wanted to call his manager to tell him how great Robert is, and to urge the manager to keep Robert on his team because he’s a great worker and that’s hard to come by. Robert appreciated my gesture but said that this survey would do better, so I wanted to make sure I added that as well. Keep up the great work Robert! THANK YOU!!!!
