My appointment time was 8:40A. I arrived at 8:40A. After the initial drive thru check-in, I was told to wait in my car; which I did for almost 10 minutes before I was formally checked in. After I paid for my services and was told my car would be brought up. After I used the restroom I proceeded to the area where my car would be. I waited by my vehicle for several minutes before someone returned my key. As I was waiting by my vehicle, I had to ask Valentin to find out about the delay. Once I was given my key I had to remove the plastic from my seat and steering wheel and paper mat and dispose of them before I drove off.
