The service department was unable to resolve my issue. Worst of all, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. I went out of my way to return to the dealership I purchased my car from because I thought they would have gone above and beyond to resolve things. I was simply told there is 'nothing wrong with the car' and given the 1-800 number for VW customer care.

This was my first Lincoln purchase and my first attempt at requesting the pickup/drop off service, due to no driving anywhere during Covid-19 restrictions. I was not sure what to expect, but the experience was excellent and super user friendly. The app was easy,” to use but since I was not receiving dates for service, I decided to call the dealer directly. I was not aware of the expiration of this service and I had some questions, so the young lady I s/w said she would have someone call me back with details of how it worked. Ivan called me back shortly after and explained how the original contract worked. I expressed my disappointment with the situation because I had just purchased my vehicle in October of 2020 and the service was never mentioned. He was empathetic and was very apologetic that I could not use the service again. I was left with my loaner & my car was serviced accordingly. He called to explain what had been done to the car & we scheduled delivery for the next day. The next day, i received a call from Ivan again with the best news …he came through with approval for me to have continued drop off service for my vehicle indefinitely. I was not expecting that, so he totally made my day! I have had the best experience with Norm Reeves Ford/Lincoln from the very beginning and certainly appreciate the added efforts with keeping their customers positively satisfied!! Thank You!!

Lo único que no me gusto que llegue a las 6 am y los de servicio atendieron a tres personas antes que a mi sin preguntar solo se acercaban a otros carros hasta que entre a la oficina a quejarme, también me habían dado el precio de 134 la batería de mi carro cuando llame por teléfono la primera vez y cuando dejé mi carro y me dieron el diagnóstico me dieron el precio de 170 de cierta forma ahora siento desconfianza, pero al fina estoy satisfecha por el servicio de Javier la rapidez y siempre e sido clienta de ustedes, gracias
