Ramiro **** provided the best service he could, so my dissatisfaction does not fall on him. This was my first time at the new location and it wasn’t a good first impression. When I arrived for my appointment it took about 15 minutes for someone to check me in. However, one young man (I do not recall his name, but he was one of the porters for the day) kept coming back to check whether or not I had been helped. Once checked in I asked to be dropped off at a nearby restaurant so that I could enjoy brunch while I waited the 90 minutes for my car to be serviced. I received a call at 12:58 in which I was told my car was ready and that someone would be on their way to pick me up soon and that they would call when they were on their way. I waited about 30 minutes and hadn’t heard from anyone, so I called the service department to inquire about what was going on. I was told that an email would be sent to Ramiro since he was not able to be reached by phone. Around 1:40 I received a call and was told that my shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes. Once back at the dealership I told Ramiro about my experience and he apologized for that and the fact that the car wash was broken. Each person that I interacted with was professional and polite, but the experience beyond that was not pleasant. I had to call the service department to check on the status of the shuttle and it took an hour for me to be picked up from a location that was less than 15 minutes away. At one point, I considered getting a Lyft or Uber back to the dealership. The process ran so smoothly at the old location, so I am hoping that will be true for this location the next time I come in to get my car serviced.

Was changed for a service I already had done last visit. I’m very upset I had to check my paperwork when I got home. You have my service records so that should have been checked by your service ream. I was not due for a transmission oil service That was done last visit according to my paperwork. I was charge for it again. Will call tomorrow and speak to a manger.

I set up an appointment today at 8:35 AM I arrived at 8:40 PM that the gentleman’s that were in the red shirt were there to assist me and check my name on the appointment list and then pulling up and then nobody came to the car till about 920 I’m not sure what happened and that’s the only thing I have other than that the service was great I think the gentleman’s name is Tony was great it was quick since he realized how long we stay there waiting and everything else is fine I do have a couple of Ford dealership around me here by my house and my warehouse but I’d rather go back to you guys on the timely basis and make sure you guys take care of my car personally thank you for the good service
