My issue is not fixed still. Nobody can figure out how to fix my car. It’s brand new and I have been going in circles for months. I’m beyond disappointed.

I had a problem with my new 2021 VW Jetta . The sunglasses compartment would not close. They it was fixed but when I got in to the car it was still broken and took it back and fixed it.
Raul was excellent and provided me with outstanding customer service. He waited outside till all the issues were completed and till I drove off.
