Over all good. But I told them to change oil too. They forgot it and asked me to come pick up the car. When I went, it was not done and made me wait for 1 hour to pick up.

The problem affecting my car could not be determined. However, a quick search online shows that my exact problem may be linked to a faulty fuel pump (many cars of my exact year and model have had a recall on that exact part). When I asked the service manager whether they could look into the fuel pump, he basically told me he could not because there was no evidence of an issue (although my car engine shut off while driving at a high speed). While I do understand that this may be a fluke, the 2 representatives i spoke with were rather short with me... another representative, Chris, was very understanding of my situation - i will be inquiring soon on whether my fuel pump can be reviewed, after having learned of the recall. Thank you.
