First I would like to say the actual service appointment was awesome. It was the initial phone call to book an appointment that was not a positive experience. I asked up front for an estimated price on a 40000k service and what it entails and I was told I would be told when I came in. I like to prepare my budget and just wanted a little information. I, again, will say my experience from the time I got there to leaving was very positive. I was even provided a car for the day. Thanks to all the hard working people at VW Service Department!
