Joshua Martinez is a great representative of Honda . He made sure my car got what was needed. I was out in a hour and a half. I don’t mind the time wait because I know how busy it gets . Joshua explained everything really well and gives great feedback. Overall a great person and look forward to being serviced by him again

Very disappointed. Beyond disappointed. I had my right rear passenger door fixed on 6/30 and was serviced by Gabby. The door won’t closed when you press the button from the inside but it closes when use the outside door handle. I took the car home the same day. Gabby said they had to change the electrical wiring or something. It worked for a few days and it broke again. I brought it the second time when I had my oil change on 7/12/21. Anthony just turned the main switch on and off on the dashboard and it worked. The next day it broke again. I brought it in again today for the third time and was informed by Trinity that they have to order the “button”part and it takes two weeks to arrive. I’m really not happy with the service I’m getting. Very disappointed. Only reason why I’m coming here because it’s close to my house. I might consider other places even though it’s farther from home.
