Manny was very professional . He went over my concerns before and after and doubled check to make sure all the caps were tight and sealed before I left . He made me very comfortable and at ease about all the services I was doing . He also took his time to explain everything. I didn’t feel rush and I didn’t feel stupid asking questions about the services I was doing . He genuinely cared. I work in customer service and I have to say , Manny did an excellent job ! He gets an A + . I will definitely come back to Honda norm reeves and have Manny help me
