My car should have PSI and WCI, but I did not receive any feedback on those parts. And they say that I will get it from sms or email, of course, I did not receive it either. I called on wednesday 5:00pm, they said that I can get my car any time but actually I wait for more than 40mins to get my seat assembled on thursday.

Terrible job washing the car. Dirt marks all over the windows. After making an appointment for oil change over the phone Honda forgot to pencil us in. Luckily you were not too busy and took us. Very dissappointed with that. Otherwise everything else good.

Was great having Tyler Smith help with my air conditioner problem. He explained everything as they went through the steps to make sure they had the problem solved. Will ask for him, if I ever have any other reason to bring my car in for service.

Very pleasant gentleman

First off the service advisor Paul was great. However you need to evaluate how your procedures work. I had an appointment set. Yet as I pulled into the service area, no one approached me. However I could see employees talking amongst themselves. One could have helped quicker if they were paying attention. When I decided to go inside I was told to wait in my car and someone would help. I again sat in my car for a while before I was approached. Again I witnessed employees talking and laughing amongst themselves. Upon leaving my vehicle for service my wife picked me up. You have absolutely zero room for people to park, and was rudely told not to park in a sales area. She proceeded to park and let the salesman know that she was picking me up. Upon leaving we were pointed at and given rude looks by your entire sales staff while they sat looking out the window. Once my repair was completed Paul notified me that there was an issue. One of the service personnel had damaged my vehicle. The body shop would require a week to repair. Not how I expected my experience to go. Being in the market for a new vehicle, this dealership has not put their best foot forward. Again Paul was great he communicated well and had to be the bearer of bad news, this experience is not his fault but a breakdown of your service procedures.
