Only that it took longer than projected. My advisor was very helpful. He did notice and commented on the extra dirt on my car at the pre-inspection. Other service centers had offered a car wash after my service was completed but not at norm reeves. I appreciated the service done for my car very much.

While I can only hope that my oil was changed correctly and my tires rotated properly ( I'm not a mechanic) i do know that when I'm offered a car wash and vacuum, I'm able to see the results. I have to say my car was NOT vacuumed as I was told it would be. If this is not going to be done, then don't offer the service. I wasn't expecting my vehicle to be washed and vacuumed until I was told this was part of the service call.
