I had already contacted the general manager prior to receiving this email and told him what a phenomenal employee LILIA is. She is always so helpful in explaining services needed. I usually request her when I come in and miss her if she is not there. Having owned businesses , I always look at whoever is helping me and ask myself if I would hire that person. I definitely would ! She certainly is an asset to your company.
