Had to request a quote for the recommend work needed for my car. Your quoting process is flawed or your worker is not welled trained. She was like trying to reinvent the wheel to come up with a quote for 3 things. I don’t blame her. I blame your system for not being ready with such information. Who wouldn’t want a quote of the recommended work? But nobody want to wait for 30+ minutes for a quote. That is unacceptable. Recommend some work? Be prepared with a quote. Even better, have a quote with any available current discounts applied. Think of the customer experience. Thank you.

There was no free coffee or water while waiting for my vehicle. Do not use covid 19 as an excuse because there were vending machines there that everyone touches. There were soft drinks in the parts dept. But there to you have to touch handle to open to get soft drink out.
