I was not pleased with the long wait and the understaffing of the service department. As I stood there and watched the service manager come out and look and the long line and did nothing. Did not even help his staff out. Appointment was at 930 did not get to me till 1030. Ralphelie explained to me the problem and I understood what he was saying . Once my vehicle was in for service it was great. I also spoke with other customers and they were having the same issue. Please help out your service department so I can continue to take my vehicle there. Thank you . I would also like a response via e mail on this problem

The multi point inspection was missed - I would have wanted to go over it in person rather than via text message. Otherwise, doing ok. I got out at the time I needed to, which was appreciated. Bring back the car washing when it's possible, thanks.

I got a call about 3 weeks ago or so saying my sunroof parts were in! So I started calling and calling no one answered or called back! So I finally just came in,in person and I met this wonderful person Daniel he called them still no answer, so he said he’d check snd call be back that afternoon. And he did brought my car in Monday had it back Tuesday done! Otherwise I’d still be calling! He was kind understanding and capable and a man of his words! You need more like him. I had an appointment at 12:20 and came on my lunch but had to wait over 30 mins to get help. I came in to ask when we would be helped and the rep had just walked in and immediately helped me. he was the only one that was willing to help. I was upset that I had an appointment and was late to get back to work but appreciate that he helped me as soon as he came in.
