Very good at follow up...reminders of the appointment sent several times.... When I arrived at the dealership Jaime was busy on the phone with another customer (appeared to be a difficult one too) but he was able to multitask and get me registered and hooked up with a service person to get my car into the service line....He kept me informed of the status of the service, brought me the paper work to sign and made sure the car was washed and ready for me to pick up....during all this time he was polite, kind and efficient....very pleased....cheers...Jim

Although, I wasn’t aware my vehicle was going to be gone for so long, I can say that I was kept abreast of what was going on. Ivan took an extra step in calling me to assure me that my vehicle was going to be safe and well taken care of. He went as far as saying he would treat it like it was his own. Overall I can say that I am completely satisfied with the service I received and will continue to take my vehicle to this dealer. Having an appointment system seems a bit moot if the service providers still have no idea why your vehicle is there for, not to mention I also needed tires that day and it would have been helpful for some time of prompt to call or notify the dealership that I would need to have tires available at the time of my appointment instead of having to settle for what was currently available in stock. I would have happily scheduled my appointment to accommodate the tires I would like to have installed if prompted. Otherwise the service was good.
