Those two have been very helpful.
However,the last few times I have been in I feel that I'm being treated as if I can'tp go anywhere else to get my car serviced. I have waited more than 20min both times for someone to come to my car to see what I needed.
After I got a text in the morning that my car was being taken care of, when I arrived in the afternoon to see if my car was ready it had not even been worked on. I didn't get any text at all, and it was just to replace a battery.
Long story short, I don't like how I've been treated at norm Reeves Ford the last 2 times I've been there. I will try one more time with my next service, but if the same treatment happens I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have to be honest - very disappointed w my experience w the service dept and your sales manager who all did not take me seriously (and blew me off) that there was something genuinely wrong w the car WiFi/carnet. I even asked immediately when I got there if maybe a trial ended or something and that’s why it wasn’t working. They kept my car all day, had me wait, said there was nothing wrong and prolly my phone and then tried to convince me to keep it again today. Luckily
one of your agents figured it out. Just some feedback. I don’t understand how your sales manager wouldn’t instantly make that connection.
