My experience today at Ford was awesome. Rafael was great. He was very professional and took care of my car issue right away. My time was very limited. And I appreciate getting my issue resolved in a timely manner.

He was able to hand off the rest of the needed services to another team member, developing trust and making me feel like the car will be well taken care of. Brandon was able to demonstrate a positive problem solving attitude despite facing challenges throughout the appointment and really went above and beyond.
