Jessica was by far the only positive experience I had today at Reeves Honda. I was scheduled for an oil change at 10:20am and it was not completed until a little after 1:00pm. Having to sit in the waiting room for nearly three hours for an oil change is unacceptable and intend to write a review about my experience to help others make an informed decision. Additionally, I would like to add that adjacent to the service desk is another desk at which I observed a staff member flipping through pictures of half naked woman on his cell phone while simultaneously talking to a customer via the work phone line. During my time waiting I was able to observe a good majority of staff on duty and this slacker-like work ethic was commonplace. Jessica’s professionalism, courteousness and overall excellent customer service deserves acknowledgement.

It is the second time that Christian the person in charge of Lincoln appointments drop the ball by not complying with the schedule time. I was very disappointed by that. I had to wait over 2 hrs the first time and over 1:30 the second time. I was late to work both times. Wherever the reason is it created a inconvenience on me. Other then that everything was fine.
