completely dissatisfied. I got there at 8:00 a:m the time of my appointment and I left at 2:30. I feel it was so unnecessary to take all that time just for brakes and transmission fluid, then I got the bill and charged me $600:00 for labor, really!, I feel mad dissatisfied and I don't plan to do business at that dealership.

We’re not satisfied with the work that the staff at Norm Reeves Honda has done on our 2018 Honda Odyssey. We’ve been having issues with the passenger sliding door and have been going multiple times to this dealership to have this issue resolved but they’ve been unable to fix this issue and we’re tired of returning over and over again without any results. We’ve also been having issues with our GPS and we’ve been going multiple times to have the issue resolved and they haven’t been able to fix this issue either. This has been a terrible experience for us and we are frustrated with this situation. I don’t know at this point if I can recommend Honda to my friends and family because honestly I don’t like how things are going with my Honda; we spent a lot of money on this car, it’s a fairly new car and doesn’t even have that many miles on it; we simply shouldn’t be having to deal with these issues on our car.

The only thing I didn’t like was when my car was ready to leave, there were oily hand smudges on the door handle (inside and outside), the frame of the driver side door, steering wheel, and Park and Drive buttons. I went inside to ask for a towel to wipe it down because there were no more disinfectant wipes outside.
