Robert is an excellent advisor. He is knowledgeable and he likes to educate his customer when they have questions. I don’ t Like how I having to make an appointment and you over book the service department so badly that they have so much work that they can barely get the cars out. Takes all day for an oil change and a few filters for $450 State of the art service is not fancy names for your survive department it dos not make you high end dealership maybe try capes and head bands. That’s management misfire
