He was super nice and attentive to the concerns I was having with my car, definitely made the experience worth coming back to the Honda in Cerritos in comparison ones closer to my home. He made sure the problem was going to be taken care of before returning it back.

Appointment was made for oil change and possible rear window water leak.
My daughter went, they just did the oil change, said we would have to come back for the rear window. They did not even look at it. Car was still dirty, never even sprayed water on it. We live 40 minutes away. Poor service.
