I voiced concern about a Honda dealer that we had to go to while on a road trip. No type of apology from the manager here. There was also a grease spot left on the seat yesterday and I had to return to your dealership It was an inconvenience and I got no type of apology for that inconvenience. We had voiced a concern previously for a service call, filled out the survey and got NO RESPONSE. Is that how your business is run? It seems that the most anyone there is concerned about is buying my car. I have gotten several calls and emails. What's that all about??? How about responding??

I had an appointment at 8am. I was in line on site at 7:55am. It took them more than 30minutes to even check me in and only after I had asked an employee, if not they had assumed my appointment was at 8:40 since that’s what the flag on my car said (another mistake on Hondas service employees) Once checked in they estimated about 3-4 hours for service and expected time for pickup to be 12pm. Ok at 12pm I call and ask about my car. They had not even started on my vehicle and it had just been sitting at the dealer for 4 hours. This was such a inconvenience and is just bad customer service. Why provide appointments if they won’t be honored? Also, they never called me about This delay, rather I had to call them. I only got my car serviced there due to the recall, but I will never be getting work done at Honda Cerritos after this experience.
