Arbenz is probably the best service person I’ve worked with over the past 10 years. Especially when I tried to describe the on-going issue I have with my CRV, he showed that he genuinely wanted to understand and help resolve the issues. He also kept me posted on the status of my car on a timely fashion and also logically explained the possible solution for the issue. He was efficient, professional and most importantly, he made the customers feel that he genuinely cares. I would love to go back to Norm Reeves for my next maintenance and recommend to anyone who needs it thanks to Arbenz!

I was called by the service technician Robert, was told he was able to get me 5% discount. I told him I was offered 10% a couple weeks ago from another technician when I had my vehicle serviced for an oil change but denied service at the time. Told me he would work on getting more savings, but I never received a call back letting me know if he was able to or not. I sent a txt message asking for the status of vehicle, didn't receive a reply. So I show up at the Service Center to see my vehicle parked outside the service center complete but I never received a message about my vehicle being ready. The whole reason I put my vehicle in service was due to a squealing noise when moving at idle. Was told the timing belt was the issue and that the timing belt/water pump kit would fix the problem. I did get the service done along with my spark plugs. As I'm driving I can still here the squealing noise which seems that it went up a pitch. I don't understand how I spend close to $2,000 in service work and I'm leaving with a worst noise than when I brought it in. There has to be some kind of sign off of the work performed and to make sure the vehicle is running smooth with no defects. I picked my vehicle up around 3:30, had the proper procedures be done and the noise heard at the time of service there would been more than enough time to troubleshoot to problem. But instead I fill as though the mechanic and Honda Cerritos overall just gave me my car so they can move onto the next vehicle. Me and my wife have a very busy schedule, we scheduled today weeks in advance knowing we would be without our vehicle. Now it looks like I have to go back and waste more time because your Service Team FAILED to catch a simple squeal as you drive which was the main reason my was vehicle serviced. So to answer the question over again I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE HERE AT CERRITOS HONDA.

Rafael Gonzalez was fantastic as usual. He’s my guy. Super professional and I completely satisfied and happy to deal with him, and only him. Some of his collegiate in service department and support staff made me incur a long wait when picking up my car. Almost 45 minutes. Not happy about that. But it’s a first so I will be sensitive to promptness in the future. All staff need to be more customer focused and go out of their way to attend to customers. It’s starts with leadership.
