I am not unsatisfied with Louie in particular, I am disappointed that I brought my car in to fix one problem and it was returned to me with a different problem in the exact same region that I had fixed. I understand that the technician double checked all the work that was completed but that doesn’t change the fact that the car was retuned to me with a new problem that was working before I brought the car in and is no longer working following the work that was done at Hyundai. Especially considering that I purchased an extended warranty that should cover these problems.
