Than Sabatier is the main reason I continue to have my cars service at Norm Reeves. His attitude and approach to customer service is outstanding. Exceptional Service and Professionalism at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos This Friday, October 24, I took my 2004 Honda Civic to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos to have it serviced for error code 9-3. It's a common issue on Hondas where the airbag light stays illuminated on the dashboard, typically indicating a broken seatbelt switch in the buckle that needs replacement. A few days before my appointment, I called the scheduling department to set up the service, and afterward spoke with the parts department. Nathan, who was extremely helpful, took the time to look up the exact part I needed and made sure it was available before my visit. Since the part wasn't something they usually keep in stock for an older vehicle like mine, he went the extra mile to ensure it was ready for me. I truly appreciated that level of service and attention to detail -- it showed genuine respect for my time. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted by Michael Barr. Despite it being early in the morning around 7:20 a.m., he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He did a quick inspection of my vehicle, completed the intake process, and within five minutes I was on my way home so the team could begin the work. I'm happy to report that the error code 9-3 was indeed related to the seatbelt system, which is covered under Honda's lifetime warranty for seatbelt components. That meant both parts and labor were covered at no cost to me -- something I truly appreciate Honda standing behind. When I returned just a couple of hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to see my car ready so quickly, especially on a busy Friday. Michael even followed up with a text to let me know as soon as it was done. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Next time I bring my car in, I'll definitely ask for Michael again. He's a friendly, dependable face who clearly cares about making customers happy. And I want to give special thanks once more to Nathan for taking the initiative to have everything ready in advance. Honda should be proud to have both Nathan and Michael on their team -- their service turned what could have been a routine visit into an outstanding customer experience.

On a side note, you might want to update the reading materials in your waiting area. Some of your magazines were 4-5 years old.
