I went to Honda for an oil change and found out I needed new air and cabin filters. I stopped by AutoZone, and Ramez was amazing! He was super professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Whoever brandon is and his no sense for time was terrible. Calls and informs me here’s damage to my vehicle then when I return the call, I had to wait 6 hrs for him to get to his office to inform me it’s a scratch on the bottom of my front bumper. Then when he doesn’t get the sale he just hangs up on you. The ladies at the front counter were amazing just wish there was a little more clarification on the rental. When you get emailed a contract for 3 days and you’re gona go with that since there was no info given out aside from yes Toyota will cover the cost but for how long
