I had an outstanding experience with Julie, she was very helpful and answered all questions I had, she gave me updates on my vehicles statues and notified me when my vehicles service was done. I'll be going back to Julie for all future services.

The representative was not in a okay move and gave me attitude. All because I needed to drop off my car and go to work and could stay. I informed him in the beginning my car is on warranty and oil change and tire rotation are covered. He said no and had the wrong information. Also when I came to pick up the car he didn’t go over anything just told me my car been waiting since yesterday and here’s the keys. I had some require immediately attention and red part on my vehicle that he did not go over and explain details.
