Had an appointment, Waited 2 hours and when I returned was told they were too busy and it would be another 3 hours. 5 hours for an oil change is unacceptable. When I made the appointment (for 10am) I informed them that I had to be done by 2 so I can pick my kids up from school and I was told that wouldn’t be. Problem. but, they weren’t able to honor that so I took my car and left without service. I don’t think I will return again - I am limited on time and took the time off work this morning and today was wasted. Now I have to take off work another day to get this done, very disappointed.

I appreciated the genuine help from Joseph Vargas. I have been coming to cerritos Honda for awhile now to get my car serviced and the amount of TLC he provided to help me through the process was outstanding. From the moment my car was taken in to the very end when I paid. He went above and beyond to help ensure I understood what’s going on with my car, what to look out for in terms of service I’ll need in the future, and kept asking me if I needed anything else before completely giving me back my paper work. Thank you to Carlos in keeping me notified and aware of everything. It took 2 hrs longer and if I would’ve known i would’ve maybe left my car there. But thankfully you guys sold chips and had outlets to keep my 2 yr old snacking and entertained on her tablet. Everyone was nice and everything clean.
