Poor service from Ricardo, i am very disappointed again. This is the second time this happened to me from Honda Service. They are making it a habit to just leave me waiting for a call to see if my car is ready.. They take off and do not bother calling back. I showed up again before closing time. Otherwise i would end up not having a car the next day if I sit at home and wait for a call back. Very poor service.
