Manny is excellent with making you feel important and wanting to help you. He helped me prioritize what all needs to be done as with the 7 year check and replacements he was understanding and helpful. A great addition to Norm Reeves HONDA. Based on money spent today I had received a card saying you could get a discount based on the dollar amount and I asked Manny if I could use it today and he made sure I had the deduction applied. He’s great at customer service, follow up and through and a great individual. Manny makes a difference!
