I arrived to the dealer at 11:40am and I was told that for an oil change it would take about 2 hours. It was 1:40pm and my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot and wasn’t even worked on. I was extremely disappointed with this service since I am always coming to this dealership since I bought this vehicle which has been 9 years. I have never been treated so unprofessional at this establishment by an advisor. The advisor that couldn’t figure out how to properly do his job in a professional and timely manner to keep the customers satisfied was Steve Mendoza. I have been recommending this dealership to my friends and family for the amazing service but after today I don’t know if I can tell them that this dealership will always keep you satisfied no matter what the problem is or what you are looking to get. I truly hope this situation doesn’t happen to me or others again. If this customer service does not get fixed then this dealership will be loosing customers.
