Only feedback I have is that, I was told the car would be ready by 5pm and arrived at that time to pick it up. However it was only ready at about 6 30pm

I have had exclusively negative experiences with Hyundai customer service in the past, which made it easy to not return for service for an extended period of time. Paul's consistent and timely communication made me feel like my vehicle was being taken care of. I am much more likely to return to Hyundai for service on regular intervals after this experience. Vehicles and maintenance on them cost a lot of money and I feel better spending money at Hyundai, knowing that service has improved.
