I have vibration in my brakes. Your mechanics stated my brakes are fine. Why is there still vibration when braking. On streets nothing. On the freeway it’s really bad. I feel it in the steering wheel. Something is wrong but you state nothing is wrong. I don’t understand. Huge waste of my time. Luckily I got an oil change and tire rotation done otherwise my whole day would have been spent for nothing.

I was happy Gary O., was able to give me a discount, I am currently unemployed and going through some hard time, and the battery goes bad in my car after having the car ONLY 2 years and about 10 months with 52K miles. Batteries should and must last longer. Plus the battery price was astronomical, $300!!! plus labor!!!! What happened to loyalty and courtesy? I hoped whatever car problem I had that killed my car was fixed, otherwise the dealer and I will become best friends. in my opinion Hyundai 2019 Elantra SEL are not reliable. I would not recommend the vehicle. The service I received from the dealer was decent.

Arbenz was courteous & explained things in a non-condescending manner. As far the satisfaction with Honda’s vague warranty, that is yet to be determined but overall, Arbenz provided me with excellent service & followed up with a phone call as promised.
