A week after receiving my car, after I left it for a whole day to repair it, the same problem came back, and because of their neglect, other problems with the car increased. My life is with you for these reasons, including that you do not fix the problem from the first visit I came to you for a problem with it, but you enjoy my return to you more than four visits to solve the problem. I am very angry with this agent, but Mr. Mark, the customer service representative, is a wonderful person in dealing as he provides assistance and I hope that you will truly communicate With me to fix my car problems so that I don't feel like I'm in a bad dream from this service

Last tine I went to Honda West Covina for change oil, the representative kinna scared me. Indrop my car amd waited as usual, after an hr or 2 I go a call from Honda representative saying that id they open the oil tank and they have to force openingbit and it loosen, I have to pay $500 to replace the cover or oil tank. Of course I did not say proceed with change oil. Its just weared that he has to disclose that aftr me waiting 1-2 hrs..

The customer service was really horrible. They didn't know they had my vehicle there for 3 DAYS UNTIL I CALLED THEM TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON. They didn't fix anything either. Overall it was just terrible.
