Josue gave me clear and complete options for the care of my car. The work was completed very close to the estimated time. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I noted a worker was sanitizing surfaces making me feel very safe. Josue was very personable and demonstrated what good customer service is.

My car wasn’t ready until over a week from the original date. I was told 2-3 days and then I never heard back so I called you guys and was told another 2-3 days. I then called back 3 days later after not hearing back yet again and was told it would be ready by the next week. I receive a call the next week telling me it would be ready the next day by 5. I then waited all day to receive a phone call and I never did so I tried to reach anyone who could help me get it took another 20 minutes just to speak to someone. When I finally got ahold of someone they said my car had been ready but I never heard anything and when they told me it was ready they said I had to come back the next day to pick up my car because they were closing in 20 minutes. When I came to pickup my car all I got was a sorry for waiting we were busy. I get that places get busy but there needs to be communication that it will be delayed before the day I was told it would be ready. I will certainly not be coming back.
