This dealership is so different from the other dealership. The other dealership are ver welcoming. There’s a writer that would greet you and takes you back to do the paper work. This dealership is very cold. My first time being here, there was no one to tell me where to go except to go inside. There was no direction who to speak with. I took my car in for an oil change and a recall. It took almost 7 hours to finish. Actually they didn’t finish because I had to come back for the parts. I dreaded coming back because of the reasons I mentioned.
I was told by Brandon that he can get the parts installed done in 90 minutes but failed to let me know if I don’t stay it will get done in 4 hours. Very disappointing.
