Nicole Cabrera was very attentive from the start. I dropped off my honda for window tint warranty and she reassured me, she would get it all taken care of. During the repair she gave me updates.
And truthfully, her smile and her well cared manners made me feel like family. Thank you, nicole, and the honda center for taking care of my honda.

Had a scheduled appointment at 7:30 for an oil change. Came to the dealership at about 7:15. Did not get approached until about 7:45 and that’s after asking for help. A lot of employees in the service drive walking around and not appearing to be very busy. Need a better system in the service drive.
