Techical service and experience was great but the car was returned with the windshield smeared and filthy. I would not expect a car detail but this was an obvious oversight and makes me question the attention to detail at the shop.This looks like an opportunity for improvement.

The staff was friendly, but since they couldn’t replicate the issues, they were brushed off. This was my second visit for the same problems, so I’m hoping whatever was done this time resolves them for good. After my last visit, the issues returned within a week of leaving the shop—I really hope that doesn’t happen again.
