Tinting was done and left my windshield a mess. Adhesive from the work was smear all over. I’ve been cleaning the windshield to get it off. It’s most visible when the sun is shining through.

There was a really long line to pay for the service yet there was a group of employees talking in the back. I don’t know if they were having a meeting or what but when you see so many customers waiting in line, on a Saturday, you should be prepared with more people to handle them at checkout.

My bottom engine cover came off on my road trip the day after I got serviced by your team. I’m in Nevada now having to get it repaired/replaced in the morning at another dealership. Thankfully I was able to recover the piece and with luck it will not cost a lot to get fixed at a dealership around here. Quite frankly I’m really lucky it didn’t fly off at the high speeds of the freeway for the four hour drive, but it was dragging the entire way from the looks of it when it did fall off at the hotel parking lot after I picked up this giant shield of plastic. Outside of that the service was great the person I was partnered with was a joy this fall squarely on the technician servicing my vehicle this day.
