Took my car in for a recall. My letter from HONDA said there would be a loner vehicle, but it was not true.
My car was ready and I was never called to be told it was ready, I had to call to ask. When I called I was pit on hold by an operator, after she came back to the line she said My advisor would call me in a few minute "he never called".
I walked in to the counter so the rep that helped me could see me and I stud in front of his area to make sure he did see me. He never asked if I needed help until I approached him. Will not ever fo to this honda dealer again.

Loved my visit with Joe, I had an issue with my tires, it was resolved. Put me in a courtesy car so I wouldn't be without a vehicle. Repairs were done in a timely manner, kept me updated. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
