Matthew was exceptional. When I couldn’t get in for an oil change, he gave me good advice for getting it done the next morning. When I arrived the next morning, he remembered me and quickly got my car in the garage. An hour and a half later, it was done. On top of that he was friendly and approachable throughout our interaction. This was my first time visiting this Honda dealership (we recently moved to Orange County), and my experience today with Matthew and the rest of your crew made a great first impression.

Really nice and provided recommendations on maintenances. Very professional.

Overall, Edwin was very professional and attentive to my needs. I was just surprised that after waiting a long amount of time to get my car returned to me as it needed to receive the complimentary wash yet my car had mud splashes all over the front and passenger side of the car. Disappointing.

Raul was very courteous and prompt. He took care of the issue by fixing the vanity light on the driver side as promised.

The primary reason for me to visit the dealership today was because I had a recall on my Pilot. Jackie called me on December 6, 2021 To inform me there was a recall on the hood latch. I scheduled to come in and also asked if I could have my oil change and car serviced on the same day. She said it was OK. I showed up today for my appointment on time and was told that the service would take approximately 3 1/2 hours. I waited patiently and when I went to pay for the services I was told by Joseph that the hood latch was not in stock, and I would have to bring the car back when the part came in. This did not make any sense to me at all. on my way home, Joseph called me to let me know the part was indeed there at the dealership. In fact he said he was holding it in his hand as we were speaking. he asked me to return, and I said it was impossible because I had other things to do that day. I asked if there would be some compensation for this error, and Joseph told me he would comp my next oil change. I hope someone wrote that in my file. I am going to hold him to his offer. I am a schoolteacher on vacation, and I would much rather be doing something else than sitting in a car dealership waiting (again) for my car to be worked on.

From service I ask my writer where all my fluids ok ??it’s not apart of service in my dealer I would never let to make customer safe on road funny thing my suv not wash ok vac.
