Ruben had promised me a service delivery time between 12:00-1:00 pm. I had dropped off my car around 8:50 and only received one text notification telling me they will let me know when the car is ready. After that he never sent me a follow up to update me on the status. I had to call and ask for the status of my car around 12:30. Someone other than Ruben told me my car will be ready at 1:30. I was happy they had appts when I needed one. The electrical plugs don’t work in the waiting area so I couldn’t charge my computer. When I got my vehicle back it smelt like in and out burger and my car remote had grease on it from someone touching it after they ate greasy fries from in and out. I know it was in and out because I saw them eating in and out.

Called in to schedule an appointment over a week ago. I was told the car would need to be at the dealership for the whole day. I called out of work to accommodate. When I arrive for my appointment, I get told after 15 mins of waiting that the car only needs to be inspected and then the car part will be ordered. This was not what was told to us when booking out appointment. Dealership had over a week to notify us if the parts were unavailable and had to be ordered. Unprofessional and waste of time.
