Viviana had and uses very fine people skills. She is knowledgeable and enthusiastic in answering questions about service and vehicle features. I thought I had read all of the features in the radio section of the owner’s manual, but I missed the references the 3 tiny icons at the top of the display and it has bugged me since the day I noticed them. She knew what 2 were and found the third one in the manual for me. I really appreciate her help and want her to know it.

I was “forced” to buy the repellent and KARR security in order to make a good deal on my new 2022 Honda Civic Sport. Came to find out the products weren’t yet available and I had to wait 2 weeks to get both installed. When I finally booked appointment to get these done including replace Honda emblems in black, I was told it would take up to 5 hours in the shop! Well, after the 5 hours, it was me who contacted them to ask starts! I was told they were short staffed (4 guys to care for 110 cars) it took them 9 hours! Lucky for them I it was my day off.
